Last time I was out and about I went to see John Galasso at the facility in Commerce and he offered me a loaf of this Indian Grain Stubby bread; it was to die for!...my hat off to Janet Galasso for running such a tight ship and producing this amazing bakery bread.
So far this place is the best in the world to me because they gave me a chance and in return they will get one of the hardest,smartest,self motivated,dedicated and loyal individuals that you only meet once every 25 years..much Love and Respect to Galassos and their HR dept and especially Bryan..thank you all
Just delivered some liquid yeast to this location, very easy to get to, but was a bit confused where I should enter the property with my truck. Well it's pretty simple, just come into the main entrance where the gate is with the 'slow' caution signs. I was apprehensive about doing that because of all the employee cars parked there, but that's the way in.
